Mr. Choi is the graduate of University of Hong Kong, Business Department. He joined insurance profession in 1982 and is one of few university graduates in Hong Kong’s insurance agencies in early 1980’s. Mr. Choi became the member of FLMI in 1987 and set up BHS International Insurance Agency in 1992. These experiences allow Mr. Choi to possess extensive exposure to the life insurance market of Mainland China, Taiwan and South East Asia and specialize in offshore insurance and premium financing. Mr. Choi was an instructor of insurance course in the Certified Financial Planning Program of, School of Professional and Continued Education, University of Hong Kong and recently completed his master degree in business administration.
